2026 Holiday Return Policy

Eligible items purchased online or in stores between November 2, 2026 and December 31, 2026 may be returned through January 29, 2027. All other purchases fall under our 30 day Returns Policy. For sale items, please refer to the sale-specific return policy below to determine eligibility. Some exclusions apply.

Return Policy for Sale Items
-Full-priced items purchased during the Holiday period are eligible for a refund until January 29, 2027, in line with the Knix Return Policy.
-Items discounted under 30% are eligible for a size exchange or store credit. Refunds are not available for these items.
-Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchanges. No exceptions.
-Items marked "Clearance" are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. No exceptions.

Our Return Policies

Leakproof Underwear, Risk Free

New to leakproof? Your first pair is risk free for 30 days. Wear them, wash them, and see how they work for your body. Not right for you? We'll refund the item price (original shipping excluded). Prefer a different size or style? We also offer free exchanges. Just email info@knix.com and we'll take care of you.

Purchased leakproof before? Within 30 days of delivery you can exchange for another size, style, or store credit. We're unable to provide refunds on underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs, please open, wash, and wear one pair only before initiating an exchange.

Essential Underwear & Pads

Essential (non-leakproof) underwear and Super Leakproof® Reusable Snap Pads are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We're unable to provide refunds on underwear and pads. If you ordered multiple items, please open, wash, and wear one item only before initiating an exchange.

Bras & Bra Accessories

Finding the perfect bra fit takes time. We're here to make it easier. Bras and bra accessories are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Feel free to remove tags and wash and wear to find your fit before deciding.

Please note: NOOD products must be returned brand new in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
