Size and Fit Guide
How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Customers say these high-rise underwear are extremely comfortable and feel like wearing nothing at all. They appreciate the soft, silky fabric and the confidence they provide for bladder leaks and light incontinence. Many find them perfect for workouts, with no panty lines and excellent all-day protection. Users consistently mention the comfortable fit and reliable leak protection. However, some note sizing inconsistencies between colors and styles, with several finding them smaller than expected. A few customers mention the waistband sits very high, which some love for today's fashion while others find it too high. Common feedback includes concerns about the protective pad placement and occasional fit issues around the legs.

Love the fit, lots of support, my girls look great in it.
At first (in the store), I was concerned about the removable pads, but after a few washes, they don't seem to move during the washing or hang-drying process.
Will definitely be getting more of this style.

Comfortable, but seems to ride up a bit, unlike the leakproof ones of the same size.
Perfect fit at the beginning, but then they stretch out- not badly, just not tight anymore.
