How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

When I first took this underwear out of the package, I was unsure. The gusset seemed thick, more like a pad than I expected. When I put on the underwear initially it felt slightly tight, but I didn't notice the gusset's thickness at all. In fact, as I wore the underwear they were super comfortable and very effective! (I purchased these for everyday wear to help with general sweat, etc.) And the best part is that they are truly no-show! Loving them so far.
