How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

The new and improved version with the extended 2" gusset is a game changer. I purchased Knix years ago for my bladder leaks but was just not completely satisfied with them because I felt the gusset area was too short in the front for my body. I would have accidents half on and half off the gusset. When I saw you made a 2" extension of the gusset I wanted to give them a try. And I am so happy I did. I love this version and feel extremely confident. They are very comfortable and do not rid up also. I am so happy with my purchase.
