The Knix incontinence underwear is really, really nice. I love them! The material is wonderful and the fit is great. Just make sure to refer to the size chart before ordering as I made a mistake with the size the first time I ordered. This brand and style will be my new “go to” underwear, moving forward. They were a bit pricey, but well worth the investment. Thank you, Knix!!!!!

I love them. I only became aware of Knix a few months ago via my gynaecologist who had great things to say about them. I had developed a severe allergy to panty liners and was at a loss as to what to use. (I was in an accident that caused nerve damage to my bladder). Since I started wearing Knix underwear my dermatitis has cleared up and I know any unexpected urine leaks will not cause embarrassment. The best part is once again I feel as if I’m wearing ordinary underwear again. It’s wonderful.

The design that puts the absorption layer goes up the back is brilliant! As a wheelchair user I spend most of my time seated and other designs just don’t provide as much protection as these do. I imagine that a person who spends time seated would be served well by these underwear. They’re also great for sleeping in as the coverage is sufficient, but not overdone. It strikes a very nice balance between feminine and pretty and functionality. I highly recommend.

They are very comfortable and hold the liquid...especially when I sneeze 🤣👍.

Jeans slide nicely over them, they stay in place not like cotton underwear.

These panties are great. So far I have had no leaks that haven’t been contained. I would recommend these highly. They laundry well. Best I have tried.

I recently decided to try out a bigger size in the leakproof underwear as i felt i wasnt getting enough coverage. These fit soo much better! They are so comfortable and no seams when wearing leggings, etc.

This is a long review, but it touches on absorbency, fit, comfort, and after care.

I'm always looking for more environmently-friendly, reusable options for my period products, and have been working to get away from pads and tampons; however, I haven't been able to find the right fit...until now. My flow is very heavy day 1 and 2 - I go through several super plus tampons or heavy pads, and leak through the night often. These really do absorb the way they advertise and no leaks. I was also able to wear for several hours before being able to change with no issues at all. They are comfortable to wear and don't feel wet, which was something I worried about before trying.

For sizing, I feel like they are true to size. I went with the xxl, and usually wear plus size 1X clothes or xxl. This particular style fits slightly more snug at that size than the other, less absorbent, styles, but still very comfortable. The material is soft and stretchy.

Also on this particular style, the pad area goes from front to back and is thicker than the others. I read reviews that said it felt like a diaper, but I don't feel that way. It's less invasive than a thick pad, and much more comfortable, but it's still something to consider.

These washed well on a regular cold cycle in my washing machine and were hung to dry. No absorbency or significant fit issues noted after washing.
