How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

These superplus leakproof underwear are exactly what I have been needing! I have PCOS and I have a super heavy flow that requires overnight pads through out my cycle. Love, love, love, LOVE Knix!

These panties are so grea! They have been the answer to sleepless nights. For the first time in over a year I haven’t had to wear a pad that rolls up and sticks to your skin. I have had urinary incontinance since a medical emergency over a year ago in which I lost a lot of functions including the ability to move fast and recognize cues from my body I never thought about before. I can sleep through the night without changing my clothes or my sheets and I can go out in public without looking for the bathrooms first thing. I would 100% recommend these to everyone.
